Louis brings over 20 years of real estate expertise, equanimity, and trust to every transaction. Beginning his career in multi-family housing at Grubb & Ellis, Louis later found success in commercial real estate, originating and closing over 30 office, retail, and investment transactions within two years. He went on to attend a graduate program before joining Steven Kamali’s hospitality practice in NYC, focused on international hospitality concepts.
Louis joined the New York-based family firm Rose Associates in 2014. At Rose, he worked as an asset manager for Rose family-owned commercial properties as well as those owned by several New York City-based family offices and institutions including Empire State Realty Trust, Blackstone, and BlackRock.
Louis left Rose Associates in 2017 to pursue a more entrepreneurial path as an investor and developer. He subsequently served as a consultant to Michael Simkins’ Lion Capital and David Martin’s Terra Group on the $500,000,000 redevelopment of Miami’s Historic Overtown — collaborating with local government, architects, general contractors, and the community to deliver 1,000 newly constructed apartments, office, and retail to Downtown Miami. Louis is now Principal of Narrative Property Partners LLC, focused on missing middle multifamily development and investment across Florida.
